The year 2009 marked a significant event with the notification of the NIIT University (NU) by the government of Rajasthan. This historic event was celebrated on November 15, 2009 when Dr Karan Singh, Chairperson, NU delivered the First Lecture at the University Campus in Neemrana. The Annual Lecture has since become a tradition at NU.
