NU celebrates 78th Independence Day on August 15th 2024

NIIT University celebrated the 78th Independence Day on August 15th 2024 with great joy and dedication.  The day began with the hoisting of the National Flag by Major General A K Singh (Retired), Dean Student Affairs followed by the singing of the National Anthem.  The grand event was attended by NU staff and students.

This was followed by vigorous cultural performances by students belonging to NU’s numerous clubs.  Housekeeping, security and other allied staff who keep the campus safe, clean and green were acknowledged for their excellence through tokens of gratitude.  The glorious day ended with the Independence Day special screening of the movie – ‘URI: The Surgical Strike’.
