With over 22 years of experience, Geetica Chaudhary is a leader in the area of Human Resources (HR), student grooming and career guidance. She has managed varied roles at NIIT Ltd., and now heads the Centre for Industry Collaboration at NIIT University (NU). Under Ms Chaudhary’s guidance, her team ensures that students at NU get good opportunities and manage the see-saw of working at aspirational organisations and keep track of their growth potential at such roles.
