Delegates from University of Houston, USA visits NU
Students of University of Houston along with by Prof. Ashish Chandra came for two days academic visit to NIIT University. They reached the Campus in the afternoon of 12 January 2014. Prof. Ashish Chandra interacted with the MBA faculties and students and delivered talk on “Challenges and Opportunities Pertaining to Critical Management and Marketing Concepts – With Special Emphasis on Growth of Healthcare Administration in India” he focused on talent management, team building, and communication during his talk etc.
Industry visit was also arranged for US students in Neemrana. They visited Parle, Nissin and Havells. In the evening of 13 January 2014 a Campus Walk was conducted and the visiting students were briefed on how sustainability, energy conservation were kept in mind while designing NU Campus. On 14 January 2014 they went for trekking on the hills adjacent to NU.
NU wishes the faculties and students of University of Houston a bon voyage back home and hopes to welcome them again in current future.
