Dr Arghya Guchhait

Dr Arghya Guchhait is Assistant Professor of Electronics & Communications Engineering at NIIT University (NU). He has 14 years of experience in academia and research. His research areas include Edge computing for Internet of Things (IoT)-5G networks, wireless sensor networks and radar sensing.
Dr Guchhait has worked with research bodies such as the Government of India’s Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). He was involved in a DRDO-sponsored project based on a Software Radio System as Scientist-B, where he made significant contributions to the design of the system and its integration at the DRDO lab in Hyderabad. He has also published several research articles. Apart from his academic pursuits, Dr Gucchait is a passionate photographer, who loves to explore places and cultures.
